Return an undamaged piece within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, or exchange it for another design.

Pieces must be unworn, undamaged and returned with the original certificate, hallmark tag and packaging. Customised, engraved or made-to-order pieces are exchange-only.
Raise a request from your order page or at a Swarnmala store. A free, insured pickup is arranged for delivered orders within India.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the piece passing quality check. Gift-card and loyalty-point payments are credited back to the same source.
Exchange for a different size, metal colour or design of equal or higher value. Any difference is payable at the time of exchange.
